The room was totally fresh, had nice furniture, and was priced just right. 🌟 Perfect spot for your make-up routine. It was situated in a cozy area nearby.

the pool(one of the main reason we booked) was closed for renovations. there was no notice of this on bookings website or theirs.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was free. A nice size rooms with a queen + pull-out sofa for the children and efficient service - just as we expected. Location: the venue was just next door to Hampton or Hilton garden, Chelmsford, the armpit of Massachusetts and many dining options.

Comfortable stay with a surprise upgrade to a king size bed in my premium queen studio. The room also had a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space and a much-needed air conditioning system to keep cool 😊.

It has a good location to the Kevin Oleary “ Shark Tank ” event. The room is reasonably priced!

The rooms were recently refurbished and nicely furnished, with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. I enjoyed an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was unbeatable as it was right by Chelmsford, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues like Hampton or Hilton Garden.

Soap, shampoo were quality. Towels were plush vs thin. Shower curtain was clean and mounted on the shower bar that bows out so it doesn't touch me !!!! Bed was very comfortable. I was behind a tour guide from a bus charter so another staff member from the office came out and helped me so I wasn't waiting long.

I was assigned a room in the adjacent building from where I checked in. I didn't like having to lug all my stuff over. I had parked my car and had to go out and move it from one are to the next. Are all the hotels rooms in a different building from where you check in ?????

This is grate facility with resnable price... Little things needs to work on but I am not to picky....

Room right next to elivator kept me up all night.... From corporate point of view.. They should have pre typed reg car .... A complementary breakfast....wish they can Mach their online rate wich they published...

This place is super convenient, and the staff were really nice and helpful 👍. the room was pretty impressive, spacious enough for all your stuff and it had everything we needed. Also, the hotel is in a great location with a fantastic restaurant on site.

The staff were very nice. I was upgraded to a suite for free. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was clean and well kept also.

The only thing I didnt like was that breakfast was expensive and nothing special.

Was told upon checking in they upgraded us (2) to a suite with a queen bed and sofa bed. However, we were only going to be there approx. 10 hours and wanted 2 beds. No upgrade needed. Neither of us wanted a sofabed and we did not need a kitchen or anything that elaborate. Took her a few minutes to change everything out. All was good. Got our room. Checked out without any complaints.

The room was absolutely huge for the price....very impressed! Also, very nice staff.
